who we are
About Us
Lindsay Goldford Gray is the Founder of Catalyst4Good, where she coaches and consults with leaders, organizations, and teams to unlock their potential, strengthen resilience, and lead with clarity. She draws on her experience as a social impact entrepreneur and nonprofit leader to help others navigate complexity, build strong organizational cultures, and grow with purpose.
Lindsay is also the Founding CEO of VECINA, a national nonprofit dedicated to improving legal assistance for immigrants and refugees. In this role, she designed and launched initiatives that responded to urgent humanitarian crises—including reuniting detained unaccompanied children with their families, supporting attorneys serving Afghan newcomers, and training legal practitioners assisting refugees. Over five years, she grew VECINA by building a dedicated team, cultivating a nationwide network of mentors and volunteers, and forging partnerships with major stakeholders in the immigration space.
Her experience leading in high-pressure environments informs her coaching and speaking. Lindsay has given talks on communication in crisis and leadership resilience, equipping leaders with the tools to adapt, respond, and thrive even in the most challenging circumstances. She has also mentored students in social impact entrepreneurship at the University of Texas, shaping the next generation of changemakers.
Prior to founding VECINA, Lindsay practiced immigration law and ran her own firm, representing clients across a wide range of matters. She lives in Austin, Texas, with her husband, two daughters, and their dog. When she’s not coaching or consulting, you can find her rock climbing with her family or spending time outdoors.
