who we are

About Us

Lindsay Goldford Gray is the Founder of Catalyst4Good, as well as several other social impact ventures. She is the Founding CEO of VECINA, a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving legal assistance for immigrants and refugees across the country. In building VECINA, Lindsay has helped develop a series of projects aimed at various immigration-related humanitarian crises, including reuniting detained unaccompanied immigrant children with their families, offering training and technical assistance for legal practitioners serving refugees, and launching legal support to pro bono attorneys serving Afghan newcomers. In launching and building these projects over the past five years, Lindsay grew VECINA’s capacity by establishing a team of employees, a network of mentors and volunteers, and strategic partnerships with major stakeholders in the immigration space. Lindsay has a passion for social impact entrepreneurship and strategy, and has served as a mentor for the University of Texas entrepreneurship class for students working on social impact projects. Prior to founding VECINA, Lindsay started a small immigration law firm where she represented clients across a wide variety of immigration matters. Lindsay lives in Austin, Texas with her husband, two daughters, and their dog. When she’s not working you can find her rock climbing with her family or spending time outside.
